I took my car to do oil change the service representative advised me to do tire rotation and I accepted, I received my car around 3 pm, got home around 3:30 I noticed there is a cut on tire. I called an I talk to Loren, she told me due to closing on Saturday, bring it back on Monday, I was there Monday at 8 am , I showed it to same adviser “Thomas” and he came with the another person and they told me I hit street curb and that is what happen. 100% unsatisfied and I will follow up with the corporate on this one.
