Raul was polite and professional.
Even though he was busy helping another customer, he greeted me as soon as I walked in and told me he would help me as soon as possible.
The check in process was quick and he went over the service that would be done. He offered to answer any questions that I had and also offered to arrange for a ride.
Raul gave me and estimated time for the completion and sent me a message right around them to tell me my car was ready.
He once again greeted me as soon as he saw me back and helped me right away.
All in all a great experience
