I firmly believe Norm Reeves Ford should be responsible for correcting any and all problems associated with seat belts. This is a manufacturer’s defective part and should be replaced with or without warranty coverage. I’m utterly disgusted that neither the manufacturer nor the dealership are willing to ensure the safety of the consumer of your products. Why would I buy another Ford, ever?!

Rafael was amazing! He explained everything to me on what was happening to my car each step. The rental car broke down and I called Rafael and he helped me with what steps to take to get a new one. He is a wonderful Ford Employee and I thank him for helping so much!

Hyundai sent me a map update that broke my head unit. I no longer can use GPS or Bluetooth. The display is locked and stuck in loading screen. Instead of taking care of me, they told me I drove too many miles and it's not covered. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I had a check engine light so I went into Norm Reeves Hyundai in Cerritos. A service professional met me outside and listened to all of my symptoms. I was right away taken by Heman. All of the work that needed to be done was repaired and communication was best through phone and sns text and email. Warranty covered the valve cover gasket and even fuel assm line. No more leaking oil and problem resolved. Recommend Heman's exceptional service!
