My complaint is not with Tony Ybarra. He is great at what he does, and I'm glad when I have him as my advisor. My problem is with the Ford Motor Company. I needed some parts which were out of production as my car is old. They need to have parts like that available from some source. Those are very common failures and they've run out of stock.

Ivan Cruz is an excellent costumer service representative. He’s very professional and when I picked up my mustang this morning he went through the entire list of the work done on my car.
