Ivan was excellent in regards to customer service and making me feel like I was being taken care of properly. My only complaint is that I made an appointment and still ended up waiting 40 plus minutes to have my car taken for the service. If there is not enough manpower to keep appointment times as scheduled then I see no point in making them and the promise of timely service intake should not be made.

On Monday, Nov 9, I received a recall notice from Hyundai in the mail. I called into Norm Reeves and made an appointment to come in, and was told that Thursday morning at 9:15am was available. So, I made the appointment, my daughter and I arranged our schedule to drop off the car, and we came in at 9:05. It took until 9:35am to tell us “Nevermind, we don’t have the part; it will be ordered by VIN. We’ll call you when it comes in.” This fiasco was very unsatisfying! We should have been notified the day before not to come in. ??????

I am extremely disappointed and offended. Cameron has been very disrespectful and arrogant. He had me waiting for 20 minutes without telling me what was going on. He didn’t communicate with me and as soon as I found him and told him that I couldn’t wait any longer because I had to pick up my daughter from school and I needed to leave my car at the dealership he asked me if I wanted to fix my car by myself. He try to hand me his tools and told me since you don’t wanna wait do you want to do it by yourself? When I came back I asked to talk with the manager and the manager didn’t handle that properly and Cameron came to me and give me some fake apologies once again being very arrogant and disrespectful I’m going to leave a bad review about the service. Too bad for the rest of the staff that has been very nice with me.

Very good customer service and friendly staff. Tony made sure he communicated with me about my car. Also the lovely receptionist found my military I.D. And work credentials, which I was looking everywhere for and she contacted me and reassured me that it will be in a safe place when I picked it up. When I came to pick it up, she put it in a envelope with my name on it! I was truly thankful for that! Now that is customer service and I will recommend this dealership for service! Thanks again!

Happy your service department had everything necessary to fix our backup camera. Had taken the truck in on Monday to our local dealer, but they said the camera guy was there on Tuesday. Took it back Tuesday and learned the camera guy (Danny) started the job but couldn’t finish because they didn’t have the mats necessary to complete the job. Brought it to your dealership where Danny is on Wednesdays so he could finish the job because you have the mats. Thanks for taking good care of us in this weird situation.

Rafael was great. However I waited over an hour for someone to bring my car up from the back. It had not been washed, however I declined the wash as it had been over an hour. Three very nice gentlemen helped locate my paperwork, key and vehicle so I could be on my way. I saw the line of vehicles and understand you were all very busy.
