There were not enough people working in the service department. We called several times, left a message and finally drove down there to speak to someone. When we arrived, there was no one in the office until we went into the dealer to find a person. When he finally came back after close to 20 minutes, he was helping 3 people at one time and our issue was never resolved. We left without getting anything figured out and I took my business to another dealership.

If you’re going to purchase or lease a car Norm Reeves Ford is the place to do it. At leased my Ford escape in 2017 and my agent was amazing. I purchased the same car in 2019 again my agent was amazing. But Rafeal Gonzalez my service writer is the most amazing. Every time I take my car in to be serviced he always helps me in the most efficient and timely manner. He always has my car washed and he always stays in touch with me to let me know what’s going on, so if you decide to get a car this is the place to go and always ask for Rafeal Gonzalez when your car is being serviced. He’s very knowledgeable and really knows what he’s doing to please a customer!!!!! My hat is off to you Rafeal and thank you for all your help. You should get an employee of the year award.
