I usually take my truck to Caruso Ford in Long Beach for service. I decided to tryout Norm Reeves because its closer to my home and would be more convenient to rely on this location.
Whenever I take any of our personal or fleet vehicles to Caruso Ford for service or repairs, they always perform a courtesy car wash which is a big plus.
I paid 18% more at Norm Reeves for the same service that I get at Caruso
Jose Torres was great with the communication as he advised me when my truck was been service and when was ready to take home.
I think in the service industry it’s all about trust and perception and after my experience at Norm Reeves I perceive to get more value From Caruso Ford
