Customer service was excellent, waiting time to checking vehicle was short and call back with diagnostic the next morning was well explained. Vehicle pick up was quick and courteous.

I had told my advisor that my tire pressure light was on and wouldn’t turn off. He said he would take a look and I didn’t receive a call about my car until 10 minutes before closing saying that there was a nail in my tire and it could not be repaired. I wanted to compare Norm Reeves price with the price I had paid elsewhere for a tire change. The advisor notified me that I had 10 minutes to call him back with a response to whether or not I would like them to change my tire. I called back 2 minutes later and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. When I asked the advisor if I could stop by to physically see the nail in my tire before agreeing to pay $255 he told me that they would no longer be able to change my tire that day because I didn’t call back in time, when in fact I had called back within the 10 minutes I was given, but no one was there to answer my call. I’ve had less than perfect experiences with the service department at this dealership and I will not be coming back to Norm Reeves.
