I’ve never had bad customer service with Cerritos Ford. I’ve been over charged because they misspelled my last name so the warranty wasn’t coming up correctly but even that I had good customer service. The last two gentlemen I worked with when my car was being service were amazing. I bring it now to fix the A/C and heater and I working with Tony and there’s no communication. I understand he doesn’t control Hertz. But this has been going on for 5 weeks. I’ve only talked to 2 maybe 3 times that he has called me. Other that I’ve called him and I’ve lefted two voicemails no returned call. I have 4 children and with hot days ahead I need my car service and finally fixed. I wish not to work with Tony but with Rafael he helped me last time and his service was amazing he communicated with me.
