One complaint. I arrived at the service department line at 6:50 for my 7:00 appointment. Sat there watching workers arriving after 7:00. Wasn’t contacted until around 7:35. So I have a question. Why do you have 7:00 appointment times when the workers are not already there and ready to start moving the line. Didn’t see Raphael until nearly 8 and didn’t leave until 10:30. Three and a half hours for an oil change and topping off other fluids seems like a really long time.

Daniel Sanchez was courteous and professional.
But My experience in getting checked in and the time it took for an advisor to check me in was not satisfactory. I waited an entire hour in line before seeing an advisor. It looked like there were not enough advisers. I was late for work because of this issue. And I did indeed have an appointment.

Mr. Ivan Cruz was of great help and provided outstanding customer service. Went above and beyond with servicing my vehicle and answers all of my questions in regards to alternatives to offset the cost of maintenance by helping me with the resources available at my disposal to do so; giving me the ability to take care of replacing my tires and alignment along with the scheduled maintenance all in one day, even though it took most of the day to get it done, considering all the work they needed to be done. The results were perfect and my car is running like new! Mr. Ivan Cruz is a great asset to Norm Reeves Ford!!!
