Shawn & Raymond were great. They were both very friendly and professional. However, my experience those that answer the phones, was very frustrating and left a little to be desired. They need to be retrained properly. You almost lost me as a customer. Shawn & Raymond made up for those that lacked.

Realmente pienso que deverian mejorar su servicio ya que para aser un CANBIO DE ACEITE es demasiado tiempo de espera 3 horas y media mas a un cuando tienes una cita programada es una perdida de tiempo con ustedes como compañía ya que he probado con otras compañías y el servicio que usualmente se tardan es una hora, luego si no quiero esperar por mi carro LAS 3HORAS Y MEDIA me dicen que solo me ofrecen llevarme a mi casa y luego para regresar por mi carro tengo que pagar UBER !!! ESO REALMENTE COMO CLINTE NO ME COMBINE.Se supone que ustedes como compañía son un moustro en el mercado pero creo que solo es publicidad porq cuando se trata de servicio no estan muy organizados. LASTIMOSAMENTE TENGO 3 CARROS FORD tengo que buscar una mejor OPCIÓN PARA MI
