I have always loved Fords, ever since I was a little boy. I will always own a Ford. The service that I received at Norm Reeves Ford was fantastic from the initial employee receiving us for our appointment to your managers. Especially the service I received from Rafael. Gonzales, he paid such attention to the problems with my vehicle and made sure that all my needs were met. Rafael helped guide me through the repairs done to the truck and the mechanics preformed phenomenal work. I left the dealership not only feeling satisfied with the work done to our F-150 truck, but the service provided by Rafael Gonzales was more on a personal level, and that made me feel like family, which took me back to when I was a little boy, and the reasons why I always wanted to be part of the Ford family, a very satisfied customer.
