While it took a few days to figure out, the service team got the vehicle running. I need to return to have a new headlight installed and the rear right taillight fixed and the power window setting fixed. These were leftover and I’m sure will be done when headlight fixed. It was definitely a head scratcher to solve. Hopefully it won’t reoccur.

We brought my car in to get a power steering issue repaired Understanding that my car was under warranty because we purchased a vehicle from DeNooyer earlier this year. We were then told it could cost $2000 to repair and feel that a little more communication Avon DeNooyers end with the warranty would have made the communication a lot better. Otherwise the rest of the experience was good.

We purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from the dealership at the beginning of August and 2 weeks later the AC went out. I emailed my salesman the ne t day and was directed to call service. I was able to get my vehicle in 3-4 days later and was told the condenser was cracked. Apparently the vehicle was not noted as having any issues prior to purchase and instead I was told it was likely due to the extreme heat. Mind you the days of extreme heat were the days my vehicle was actually in the shop. I was advised that the best that could be done was a 50% discount which still brought us over $700 for the service. When we went to pick it up there were no notes in our file regarding this agreement and it was another hassle to have this honored. We only purchased a vehicle to replace one that was totaled in an accident. We stretched our wallets to make a large enough down payment to get reasonably financed. This was not a very positive experience and I don’t plan to utilize the service or sales departments in the future.

I was under the impression that I was going to receive an interior detailing and when I got there it looked like they only vacuumed the carpet and barely clean the car I wasn’t satisfied with the result. hope you guys can do better job next time .

I use to pay $70 every time I would go in for a oil change. This last time I went in the girl tell me it’s gonna be $98.89! I asked why so much she goes and finds the lady who came and helped me check in. She comes up to me and says sorry I forgot to tell you our price went up and the tire rotation is free now it comes with the service. She says it went up $10 if that’s the case why am I paying $98.89 when I use to pay a flat $70! Telling the tire rotation is included is crazy because it’s not I’m almaisy paying $30 more! You’re telling me you raised your price by $30 and the tire rotation is free! NOT! This is ridiculous I’m not happy at all! Prolly won’t be going back for any oil change!
