I have a vehicle with 12,000 miles on it that has a shake, starting at about 37 mph, since new. I’m now told the tires have flat spots and DeNooyer could order me new tires at my cost. Really ?

Despite multiple request for confirmation prior to the service appointment, the part needed was still not available on the day of the appointment, and it was not noted at the day of the appointment that a spare part was needed even though it had been indicated multiple times. If not for asking repeatedly 3 times the requested service would not have been performed correctly. Staff was always nice. Loaner not available even though the service took twice as long as necessary and a bill short of $1,000 is not understandable.

A oil change for my pickup that I used to pay 90 dollars for cost me 140 dollars. That included discounts according to my advisor. When headed home I called Forest Grove auto who used to change it for 70 dollars and was told their price went up to 91 dollars. That includes multi point inspection and tire rotation. You lost a long time member of the Denoyer family by not alerting me of a 50 dollar price rise. I probably payed way to much for having all my trucks fluids and filters changed the last time you serviced my truck. That 1800 dollar charge I paid could have probably been a lost cheaper at a smaller garage. Probably could have got same work done for a 1000 dollars. I am done doing business with you and will let everyone I know how high your prices are.

You got me in quick and had the part I needed in stock and for that I am very thankful!
The staff was friendly and responsive.
This was the first time I have been charged a diagnostic fee when I get the repair done as well. I was under the impression a diagnostic fee was charged when a technician identifies the issue and the customer does not want it fixed.
Also my issue was in the emissions system and my power train, emissions, and extended warranties did not cover the cost of the fix on my 2021 vehicle. I know that’s a GM issue and not a Denooyer problem.
