The recall appointment was supposedly to be done in 1-day but didn’t get done until the next day with no call to let me know; luckily for me I had another vehicle to get back home from work

Although the service was done properly, the wait was way too long. Probably will get my oil change done somewhere else next time

I felt like there was a lot of disorganization between the different teams and a lot of confusion. My car got rescheduled due to loaner vehicles not being returned and then when they called to schedule assumed I had canceled it the first time. A month later I was scheduled again only to be called the night beforehand to cancel once again. I explained this was the second time and they were able to make it work as a car just got returned, but to be honest I felt that my car being a recall meant I got put to the back burner. Then they told me it would be only a day never called to tell me it was taking longer and never responded to my text telling me it wasn’t done. So I called before driving over only to find it wasn’t done. It did get done the next day, but due to my work schedule had to pick it up the next day. Grateful to get my car back on a Saturday, but amused by the lack of organization of paperwork and trouble finding it for not only myself but for the guy in front of me. Finally done with this recall, I finally get a text to tell me my car is finished two days later after I’ve already picked it up. I appreciate my car getting taken care of, but it was not a smooth adventure as communication and disorganization happened.

It took over two hours to do the oil change and tire rotation

Although the problem I came in for was not brought to fruition, and the problem may occur again, my car has been brought up to standards that I had neglected. Hopefully the tail light situation will not occur again.
