I have called and left a message for the service manager to phone me tomorrow,Saturday early. I am fairly disappointed with the lackluster answers to my questions,from my advisor AND then to top it off, the tech who performed the work says to some of my q's ....that he isn't a diesel mechanic. Boy do I feel good about hearing that line. Then when I told them NOT to rotate the tires?!?! They do anyway and I plan to bring it in Saturday after my discussion with the service manager tomorrow, Saturday the 12Th. More then.

First oil change for the new Trail Boss. Pretty easy to schedule the appt on line. I requested the passenger mirror to be looked at because the plastic cover was unsnapped. This did not happen until I picked it up and checked to see if it was done. Not sure the reason. Once it was asked about the service lady to a look at it right away and ordered a new one.

It would have been best for the associate to know up front about special warranty. If I didn't bring it up, I guarentee it wouldn't have come up and I would have paid an additional 700 dollars. Other then thati am highly satisfied with the service.

At the end of the day, our car was fixed and we appreciate that. However, the process seemed disorganized and lacking communication. We had a 9:30 appointment, I arrived at 8:50 for drop off, thinking I would be able to be to work by 9:30. There were several individuals attempting to get the cars registered and ready for their appointment. I was at the end of the line, I surely am ok with waiting my turn. Several people attempted to help, I parked my car where directed and after several minutes waiting for Eric, I was directed to put the car in the garage, that might give him a better sense of urgency. Eric had walked past me several times (without my knowledge) without communicating at all. At one point he went up to my suburban and threw his hands in the air, obviously frustrated. I didn’t know that was the employee I was waiting for at the time. Another employee asked me if I had been helped at one point because I had been waiting for so long. Employees reached out to Eric, but he was too busy. Around 9:15/9:20 he finally approached me. I didn’t know that dropping of my vehicle early would be a problem, or not possible to do. I had just bought the 2017 suburban. I had stopped into your pre owned sales lot a couple months ago looking for a specific vehicle. I would have loved to purchase it locally but unfortunately the specifics I was looking for led me to Fort Gratiot, Mi where I purchased the GM certified car. When Eric approached me he told me there was a chance that it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. I understand that this is a liability statement, he couldn’t assure coverage- it being less that two week old this was a bit frustrating. I asked about the warranty on the vehicle and he had told me em he didn’t know anything about the warranty I had purchased, that I would need to go back to the selling dealership. I was getting fairly frustrated at this point and asked if he could check under my VIN. Thankfully my father, who was providing transportation for me, approached and seemed to provoke Eric to do further research into the cars coverage. From that point forward, we were able to figure everything out. Thankfully everything went well- but the initial first impression/service was mediocre at best.

I'm just very disappointed, that's a brand new 2020 Colorado. You've had the truck longer than I've personally had possession of it. I've had problems with DeNooyer in the past and haven't bought from you in years, but thought I'd give you a try. If it wasn't for Mitch I wouldn't have bought from Denooyer. Mitch is a good guy. I actually wanted a different Colorado and Mitch was in the process ordering one when your sales mgr came in and asked what it would take for me to take the one on your lot off your hands. We went over numbers and still wasn't sure because I still wanted a different color. Then he kept pushing and threw on runner boards so I agreed. As hard as he was pushing makes me wonder if he knew something about that truck. It just doesn't feel right.

Every step was professional and accommodating. I appreciated the prompt replies and communication. General feedback: I am the primary driver of this vehicle. I purchased this vehicle. It is jointly titled to my husband and I. However, all communication defaults to my husband “James.” It would be appreciated if the system were able to customize to the actual customer.
