Instead of cutting corners to save me money you skipped a step, causing me to lose money by missing work. Then trying to charge me for something your crew had to do. But if they would have done it right the first time this wouldn't have happened. Also, you charged me $200 some dollars to prevent the issue happening again, then tell me yest., you can't guarantee it from happening again

The bill they gave me was $24 more than the first document they texted me earlier that day. I had written a note on a small tablet and left it in the vehicle about reattaching the back license plate. Not only did they NOT fix that, but they kept the tablet too.
