After watching your team try and upsell more than achieve the goal I first called in for “an oil change” and spend 2 hours waiting for a vehicle for a simple oil change and watching every other tech on their phones and wonder around and not show any pride in their job and then lose my keys in the end I was beyond dissatisfied!
