Have had two poor experiences back to back. Both scheduled services. First one sat at the dealership for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Thought the first time was a fluke deal but happened again the very next oil change. Straight oil change lasted an hour and a half. I have no choice as to take the vehicle in on a day that I have off of work because neither of us work in town so sitting at the dealership for 1.5-2 hrs for and oil change is not the way to spend a day off.
