I was satisfied with the man on the phone however please let me know where I can send a picture to as the person who services my vehicle left the battery covers half on didn’t reconnect my tow lights and I had to tow something all day Saturday with out lights u til I got to where we were going to let my friends husband find out why he popped my hoood and I took a picture it was not contested. I’m not sure why someone wouldn’t reconnect this time the battery as you guys installed the tow system in the first place for this vehicle. Please address this issue I also stated I didn’t need the car back until Saturday morning if they needed extra time so they didn’t feel rushed. Thank you Kristina S
