I have been taking my vehicle to the Quick Lane for oil changes & had been disappointed with every visit. I was about ready to take my business elsewhere but decided to try the service department. I was well pleased with today’s visit, so I will use the service department the next time as well.
Based on my experience with the Quick Lane, In my opinion, the Quick Lane should be closed.

M This was the 4th visit to Bob Thomas Ford West. On the 4th visit my car sent to the Bob Thomas Ford North. It took a week but my car finally got fixed. The only complaint I had was there was no updates. I was told I would get a call on a Friday with an update and I called the following Thursday to check on the car and it was done.

Car didn't even last 2 months. Yeah I ended up with a new engine but I also had to pay an extra $1500 for the warranty and deductible. The car is only worth $12,500 tops. I've got more than that in it at this point. When I first started having issues the customer service was so rude. Took 3 weeks to get my car back. Engine seems to have a tick coming from somewhere that it most definitely didn't have before. Now I gotta replace the front left wheel bearing and the brakes ****. I'll never buy a Ford again and I'll most definitely never buy from here again. Absolute worst experience in buying a newer car. Thanks.
