My truck is under warranty and the drivers side running board had major manufacturers defects. The service dept was friendly and professional and I was satisfied with them 100%. However, only the drivers side was replaced with the knowledge this defect is known and I worry that if the defect shows on the passenger side after my warranty expires I will be stuck with the cost?!?! I have owned Ford F-150's for the past 30 years and am please with the product.
