Missed basic mechanics of checking trans fluid level. It was low, I ended up putting in 1/2 a quart of fluid to bring it up to the correct level per the factory service manual. I appreciate that he ran all the computer checks, but missed something as simple as low fluid and sent me on my way as "It's Normal" after two visits.
