I had some warranty work done on my car and decided that I'd have the Works service as well since it was due an oil change shortly. I scheduled the additional maintenance to be done and verified with the service department. Bob Thomas had my vehicle for 2 days and the routine service was never completed. Now I have to make a separate appointment in the next few weeks.
