The receptionist was very rude to my wife when she picked up our car. She said that we hadn’t paid for the service after my wife told her that her husband did pay (we paid minutes after we received a text saying that it’s finished. So 3 hours before my wife arrived). She said that “your husband is lying” about making the payment. Super unprofessional. Then when my wife got to the car she noticed that we didn’t receive the complimentary car wash even though it was stated in the overview of the services provided. I can certainly back her up on that because I noticed that the driver side door had bird poo on it when I got in the car yesterday. So that was a lie. Tom the sales guy seemed great. No problems with him but overall I’m very disappointed with everything. My last few times taking it there it hasn’t been perfect but this time was probably our last
