Thanks so much for the free state inspection and for even taking a coupon on the emmission test. Also, if you hadn't inspected the car thoroughly I never would have known about the damage to the spark plugs wires. Even tho I decided to replace those myself, this visit inspired confidence for me to come back for service when I have an issue.

Tom did a great job but, in all honesty, we were the victims of a separate error within the service department. I had been scheduled to have the key fob replaced last Saturday but when I got there Tom informed me that they had not received the authorization to give me the new fob - so somebody messed up somewhere...

I have worked in wreck recovery and personally towed some vehicles into your body shop. In addition I have worked for a competitor of yours. I can honestly say That sales people and service directors in general nauseate me. If there’s one thing I can’t stand it’s people who are fake and dishonest and who are paid to talk about something they don’t have knowledge to back. That having been said, I was Eddie’s talking with Dave because I felt he was honest I felt like he knew what he was talking about and I felt like I could trust him. If you know me you know that’s difficult to come by. Because of my feelings I avoid dealerships like the plague however, i’ve been a single mom for 100,000 years and I try very hard to get my kids where they need to be in life so I’ve helped them each with a car two of which are Hundaes. There are some things I would like done Civic Lee buy a Hyundai dealer and I dreaded trying to find a dealership I could trust. I think I found that it’s a huge relief to me and I think someone should give Dave a pat on the shoulder that was no easy feat. I look forward to working with him. And I appreciate That everyone is Ginuwine and helpful. Thank you Dave for being great to work with!
