One of my issues was the gas tank. I had almost a full tank at drop-off and when i picked it up had a qtr. Of a tank. I understand the engine was worked on but, i could have gotten my gas re filled. This was not my mistake with the engine, why should I lose the money I spent for the gas before it seized up?
Everything else was amazing. Autumn was attentive and professional she called and texted to keep me updated and I appreciate her talking to my friend and explaining the issue in person.
Also the service was quick and we appreciate the enterprise rental car the three days but, we had to rent another rental for the week leading up to the tow to hyundai. And also we spent money to tow the vehicle to hyundsi as well. So although I was happy with autumn and her professionalism I am not happy with how much money I spent because of hyundsi engine recall and what I had to do because of it.
