I thank Simon for doing a great job in getting my vehicle repaired. It was a complicated process due to the Lincoln dealership in Denver screwing up the initial repair. Simon talked to the manager and assisted in lowering the price of repairs due to the messy job done in Denver. Again, Simon was very professional and courteous.
