Absolutely very satisfied. My husband was sitting facing the service department and observed the oil change and rotation of the tires with Christal Zuniga. He is an excellent worker. I believe this was the first time that he has serviced our car. We went to the bank to get cash, went back and left a $10.00 tip at the desk for Christal in great appreciation.

The oil change was goo but I also went in to have the wheel alinement checked but when I got back on road it still had the same pull to the right so no I wasn’t satisfied with that.

When I picked up my car I asked about my tire since the pressure light was on. They said that I was fine and they filled up the tire. I left and my tire pressure light turned on again and the pressure was going down quickly. I was able to get back to the dealership and my tire was flat. I dont see how they could say my tire was fine and it was completely flat within 20 min.

Later this afternoon, I went to check my oil. The service technician left a cap to an oil bottle lodged under the secured prop rod. Oil dripped on the radiator cowl. He dripped oil over the engine cowl. Poured some very dirty looking fluid in my windshield washer resevoir.

An oil change for my 2019 F250 was about $65. I only have a Ford dealer perform oil changes. This truck has a limited lifetime warranty for the driveline as long as I have all required maintenance performed, within the recommended mileage intervals. At Ford dealers I have used while on the road in Denver, CO and Melbourne, FL the oil changes are less than $50. I do not include rotation of my tires, since Discount Tire has a better lifetime deal than Ford. Not sure why your dealership charges such a high fee? Just this week, Kelly Ford from Melbourne, FL sent me an email with a “special” of $39.95 for the works. Other dealers also offer us a military discount of about 10%, thanking me for serving 30 years in the Navy.
