When we saw the rotars after they were replaced we really didn't think they needed replacing. Since that cost several hundred dollars, we were not happy about that at all. It was very expensive!

Simon is the best. You definitely need more service writers like him. Even if you call him on the phone he will work out a problem with your vehicle without even seeing It.
