I live about 50 miles away so it is not convenient drop off my vehicle. Because of the COVID the indoor waiting area only has 2 chairs. There are chairs outside but no shade in the afternoon. I an elderly as were most the other people waiting. You need to provide better area’s for people to wait. Someone is going to have health problems with the environment you provide. By the way I was happy with the actual service to my vehicle.

We brought our car in for a rubber smell and a gas smell. Spent $4400 to fix; this after finding $100s of over charges and services that couldn’t even be performed on our car, as it wasn’t equipped. Both issues are still present. Very, very dissatisfied. Will be adding google maps, yelp and corporate Ford reviews as such.
