Lack of timely communication. Had to wait 2 hours when I went to pick up my truck. Tried calling ahead of time never got a call back. Had to remind staff to email me a quote. Quote was 2x as expensive as another mechanic. I understand it is a dealership but parts were also 2x the cost and there was a lack of professionalism. Pretty disappointing.
