The clerk at quicklime was not friendly when I dropped off my truck for a oil change at about 10a.m. He did not make eye contact, no greeting. Gave him my keys, he asked for a contact number and that was it.
I had to call about 3 p.m. to see if my truck was ready. Got there, I had to make conversation with him. My total was $145.00.
I gave him $200.00. He said he didn't know if he had change. I was very surprised to here that, especially if the place was busy enough to have to leave the truck all day for a oil change. Not a friendly place. I've purchased many vehicles from Capital Ford. Never would I would have expected to be treated this way. No customer should be treated like that.

I am concerned that the brake recall part has not been received. After the service my brakes "wheeze" upon release which was not the case before I took the car in for the recall. Simon said he Would call when the part came in, but that was more than a month ago!

Was called twice for service recall on breaks and another recall on air bag so far the service for either one has been done. I am not from Santa fe so it's hard for me to be worried about this unresolved service especially the hydrolic problem with breaks
