My vehicle has a problem. I came into the dealership, waited 1/2 hour before I was acknowledged. Have to wait until September 10 to get my vehicle serviced. They told me that if the vehicle gets locked, bring it in. That's only if if I can bring it in.

The front desk staff was rude when I first walked in and dis not seem like they were wanting to help at all. I was not explained what services were done and what the outcome of the service was. When I walked in after seeing my car being pulled out as they did not come out to let me know it was done the first thing she said was sign this and did not explain anything until I asked about the price. She was very rude and I was not happy with the way she treated me. I have always had great experiences when I come to town at your shop. The service of my vehicle was great.
