Ms Mendez was awesome.My whole experience with Ford was great, except the rental agency, claims there was damage to the roof of the Kia, which was impossible it happened while I had the car. I drove it a sum of twice. The whole time it was in my possession .

Cory was fine, as I said on the last survey. This is a return visit due to them not completing the job right the first time. Also as I mentioned in the last survey, I thought someone had backed into my front bumper. I noticed my bumper hanging off a bit when I got home. I understand that it’s my word against theirs since I removed the vehicle from the lot without noticing. To my surprise, I was contacted by someone and asked to bring it in to Steve in the service department. He took me to the body shop where Mike Ford looked at it and made an appointment for me to come back about 3-weeks later to repair it. I brought it in and left it for two weeks only to have them call me and say “yeah we don’t think our guys did this, they are very careful, sorry there’s nothing we can do”….He said that it looked like it had been wrecked with the amount of damage it had. He also mentioned two holes in the bumper that looked like it had been screwed there to hold the bumper on. I explained that the car was previously used as a funeral car and had a funeral flag screwed on. It didn’t make any difference what I told him. I’m the customer, of course I MUST be lying! Anyway, that’s what I expected to hear the first time, but instead they took my car and left me without for two weeks. Thanks for the false hope.

Brought NY third in for shocks and oil change. 50 miles afterward the car dumps all the oil on the ground. Amazingly it was none of the work CAPITOL CITY FORD had done. Apparently rear main seals can blow At 45000 miles after your mechanic changes the oil. My car still squeaks after 700$ worth of shocks installed. Very disappointed, considering legal action

Let me first state my experience started with Steve. After only making approximately four payments on my new vehicle purchased at Capitol City Ford, and one service completed by Capitol City only since the time of purchase, (no other company performed any work), I called to have the vehicle looked at because it was not driving correctly. I had to wait approximately two weeks to get in, which I understand during this time, and I made an appointment. After approximately another week went by I stated to my husband I don’t think this vehicle will go another week. We took it to another certified mechanic just to look at only to find out my rear tire lugnuts were about to fall off. When I spoke with Steve he stated it could not have been anything Capital City did during the last service, And more than likely somebody was trying to steal my tire. After explaining my lifestyle and stating my vehicle is garage kept, I stayed in my husband must be trying to kill me, Because I did not think somebody was trying to steal my tire at Kroger. On Thursday, June 17, I dropped my vehicle off for a simple oil change and to have the rear tire inspected. They were unable to remove my rear tire at the time and did not have the parts to make the repair even if they took the tire off. Steve did call and explain this to me, however also informed me that I would not be responsible for paying anything today when I picked up my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle I was charged for an oil change and a tire rotation, even though they could not take my tire off. Therefore The tire rotation was removed from my bill, and I was still asked to pay today which I did. I can only assume that Capital City takes advantage of other people and charges people for things that they did not do,, and probably things that customers do not need. In addition I paid for the extended warranty only to have nothing covered, and I am still skeptical that it was an error from Capitol City that caused this needed repair to my rear tire. I’m thankful I had someone else look at it so I did not cause or get into an accident. I will never recommend anyone go to capital city, or have their vehicles worked on because they probably will be taken advantage of unknowingly. The only good thing that Capitol City was my sales person. Even on my paperwork for my oil change they marked off that a tire rotation was completed, I can only assume most of the other things were not taken care of either, therefore I should’ve spent my $43 at a different company and will in the future. I strongly advise anyone not to go to this dealership!
