Requested tires to not be rotated. When picking up vehicle. Tires were in fact rotated. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes to have tires rotated back. On the way home check engine light came one. Once I got home I checked around the vehicle for leaks. I then opened hood and the oil cap was missing and oil was spilled all over the engine. Had to take my vehicle back to the shop to be dropped off. I would expect this kind of incompetent service from a different vendor. You are a dealer with trained technicians. This is not the service to be excepted.
