The service staff minimized my description of the problem. No attempt was made to replicate the conditions that brought about the problem. Service techs performed only the absolute minimum required diagnostics and said there was no problem. When I asked the staff to explain some possible causes to the problem, I got no explanation. I asked for any service bulletins that applied to my issue, I was told there were none. I got blown off by the service staff so HB GMC could avoid doing warranty work.

It took 1 month and half to get a appointment, and then when I dropped off my truck I was never told that it was going to take 3 and a half weeks to get the truck in the shop. And the truck was fixed in one day after a radio update was done. I had to call every time to get an update because service would never call me to update me on the status on my truck.
