Susie was great but your process is enough to make me seek other options. You had my vehicle for almost 4 weeks. You put a new tire on it, changed the oil, and looked at a ses light code and told me code meant nothing.
I think this could have been done in 1 day!!!
Pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

Blain has always provide good support. However, I think he was faced with an unmanageable task with the high volume of service requests
It took for ever to get my car in. Having a loaner eased the situation but it's not like having your own car. 28days seems excessive and I think Blaine was as frustrated as I was
