Felix did not reach out to me as promised to me on my vehicle tiny dent. He was supposed to be discussed with service guy and confirm on appointment but nobody reached back to me yet. This is very disappointing experience. Please have your service staff reach out to me on this pending outstanding issue. Thanks.

Janice was very through but not very helpful when I asked more questions about what happened to my vehicle. I understand that is it a busy place but I have heard her from the waiting room while waiting for service and she has quite the attitude. Either she is over worked, isn't happy there, or both. Either way it isn't a pleasant experience.

I had an appointment and pulled into the bay, not 1 person came to assist me although multiple made eye contact with me. A Woman working seemed annoyed that I even had pulled in ahead of another vehicle. It was definitely not a good first impression. Steve came over and asked if everyone was ignoring me and then helped me which I was grateful for.
