The system you use to communicate with customers is TERRIBLE! The screens are not understandable and the icons on top of each screen are undeciferable! How can you expect anyone to figure out how to communicate effectively? Bring back human communication where people can actually talk to each other Or dramatically change your communication system.
I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change and a few others that were not needed. Then my car was released with a dashboard FILLED with warning displays. All workers who could fix this issue had gone home. And my primary contact was not going to be at work the next day.
Result- Totally unsatisfactory 3-hour afternoon oil change with more time still more time needed to finish my simple maintenance.
UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
