Dominique was an excellent communicator. She called me twice just to keep me updated. She is also well spoken, intelligent, and very knowledgeable about service issues. Rich, the mechanic was very informative, Eric, the shuttle driver was very friendly & Dominique was also very polite & friendly. I am concerned that the engine was burning oil & I am not totally confident that the compression cleaning will solve the problem.

It’s rare these days when a company goes out of their way to deliver a satisfying customer experience. So, I felt it appropriate to call her out.
I needed to have my wife’s 2022 EV6 routine 20,000-mile service performed. There were more updates needed than expected, so it was going to take longer than reasonable to sit and wait. I wasn’t satisfied because I took my car at 10:30 and I was supposed to pick it up 4:30. They said they would give me a call when it was ready but I never got the call. I waited and waited, at 6 I decided to go to the dealership but when I arrived nobody from the service was there. I never got any information about my vehicle. Someone from the office just gave me the keys & told me to take my car. To make matters worse they gave me back my car super dirty. I still have yet to receive a call from them.
