I took my 2 cars to get the same services today, except I made the mistake of bringing my kia back to u, u charged me $92 for oil change and tire rotation, I took my chevy malibu to gentilini chevy and got the same services done to it for $49, I think next time I'll take both cars to chevy dealer

Your service employee quoted me $231 fir a new tire however he failed to tell me of the additional charges which made my final charge $259. When I called to speak to your manager he was a bit condescending and offered me a $10 credit for my next service. As a consumer quality customer service is key therefore your company should do more training to not only know/learn company policies, employees should be trained consistently on quality customer service. I work for the Atlantic County Workforce Development Board and there is a lot to be said about my experience today to that end training is most necessary at Matt Blatt Kia

When the employee brought my vehicle back to me, he had no mask on and did not transfer my vehicle from his care back to me in a sanitary way, abiding by Covid recommendations. Not only for the customer’s safety but the worker’s safety, everyone should be wearing masks, even in the garage area, and should wipe down my steering wheel and what theory touch before returning it. My Telluride received the worst car wash ever and it was not vacuumed. I was so disappointed.
