I just wanna say I needed to replace my tire with 1 that no one carries it had to be ordered ..matt blatt Kia in EHT would not order it on a Saturday told me they'd order it if I came back to them Monday.. I called you guys where I purchased my vehicle back in February spoke to Bill in service he ordered the tire right away got it on my car as soon as it came in and I am truly satisfied I'll drive the extra 25 minutes to get to you guys for my service from now o.. P. S. I cannot stress how wonderful and caring bill was an answer to my problem I was very upset I drive around the State doing covid swabs from my lab.. I truly need my vehicle as quick as possible and bill was very understanding and took care of me quickly and professionally..thank you!!

Great service! Ty to Tom for telling me to come in on Monday and you would have my car looked at! I appreciate that more than u know! Every person in the service department was nice and kind. I sat there a few hours and saw them interacting with customers and so pleasantly surprised! Great team!! I look to buy a new Kia soon and will definitely try there first! Ty Tom!

I declined the brake job as I know someone who does that work. That person will do the job cheaper & put on new rotors, not resurfaced ones. I also feel the price for air & cabin filters is high.

I been coming there with my since bought from you guys. I never took any where else for service . I been there for a lot of tires issues . Your tech always fixthe issues I sent me o my way. Well I had a issues the other day and I brought it to you as always. You tech told me my tires were dry rotting . No one has ever said anything before I was just there in August for tire rotation and balance and nothing was said to me . I don’t think my tires could rotted a little 3 months period . I should been informed before this point if there was a issue. I never had a vehicle with this issue.

1. I saw my car was driven back to pick up place on the estimated time when I was informed earlier. However I wasn’t called for about 30 min. My car wasn’t even under service neither no one informed me what makes that delay. I went up to the reception desk and the employee told me he was just organizing documents.
2. The servicing result was not explained at all and I found the paper in my car. No employee came to my car with me and asked about feedback before I leave.
3. My personal belongings which I kept under the front seat dashboard was on the seat. Especially some of them were even on the floor.
4. I could smell tobacco in my car after servicing.
5. Some how my car was not cleaned. Actually it was messy inside from the 3rd reason.

My car was not cleaned as promised. When I checked out they didn’t explain to me what was done with the car and what was the results of the recall he told me was on my vehicle. Alan sent a vehicle to pick me up when my car was finished. The gentleman that picked me up was very nice and accommodating.

There were two gentleman working inside the service area when I arrived. One was helping another customer, the other was watching videos. I was unsure what to do as it was my first time coming for an oil change. I was not addressed by either employee. No one said, we will be with you in a minute, can we help you with something real quick, can you pull your car to the garage door, nothing. It wasn’t until the one helping another customer was done that I was even acknowledged. If I was buying a car I would have been greeted almost instantly. Common courtesy, acknowledge every customer and let them know you’ll be with them in a minute, even if it means saying something simply so your distracted coworker can recognize someone arrived. Overall the experience was okay. It was quick, efficient and most everyone was friendly. I’ll be back for sure anyway.
