First time in to your facility…. Was very satisfied with Mr Moreno’s service… he was very prompt, got me in at scheduled time and service was completed in a timely manner…. Also went inside to customer rep Kori Gallimore about getting our Blue Link transferred into our name…. She was very cordial and within a few minutes the task was completed and our blue link is now functional…. Super nice people and service was awesome….

Matthew and staff provided exceptional customer service. Very friendly, efficient, & helped eased my anxiety by providing helpful & knowledgeable oil change information regarding my Genesis 80. I have taken my car to the Hyundai dealership in Weatherford where I purchased it from in November 2020 for an oil change. I’m likely a Hyundai owner for life. When my car broke down (Sonata) I didn’t feel as though I was out there on my own. By phone Matt was calm and encouraging. He and Eric (my long-time favorite) got right on diagnosis and I was delighted to learn the problem was covered by the company and they had a loaner for me. I have two friends, a Kia owner and a Nissan owner whose mechanics took almost 2 weeks (the Nissan ‘s problem never did get resolved) and they were forced to rent cars or depend on rides. I’m a happy customer.
