Even though I was late due to another appointment, Matt got my vehicle in as soon as I got there.
He not only programmed the new key fob and did the scheduled oil change, he fixed a slow leak due to a nail and answered a question I had all in a timely manner
He was very polite, knowledgeable and never made me feel he was rushing through the job
This was the first oil change for this vehicle but the first two oil changes on on my 2022 palisade (which regret buying in San Angelo and not from y’all)
I had done in San Angelo because it was closer
We also bought my husbands 2022 Ram 1500 from y’all June before we purchased our Grandsons Elantra from y’all in September of this year
From now on we will be getting our service done at your location

I was disappointed to find out that my wipers needed replacement. I used my wipers first thing this morning and they were fine. Nothing wrong with them. No tears, no rips at all. I was told that they need replacement because they magically have tears and rips on them.

I was looking for a tire replacement. I asked if he could price a single tire to replace the one that had a side wall leak. He came out to the car and gather the tire info on our Azera. When he gave me the estimated cost the replacement was not in stock. I thanked him. When I got home and was about to order the tire discovered he has the wheel size wrong. The correct size was 18” … he had put the wrong size of 19”.
