Matt is always patient with me and goes through everything he’s done/had done. He always asks if I have questions and encourages me to call at any time if I think of anything later. If there are issues he explains them and offers up solutions. At all times he is courteous.

I’m likely a Hyundai owner for life. When my car broke down (Sonata) I didn’t feel as though I was out there on my own. By phone Matt was calm and encouraging. He and Eric (my long-time favorite) got right on diagnosis and I was delighted to learn the problem was covered by the company and they had a loaner for me. I have two friends, a Kia owner and a Nissan owner whose mechanics took almost 2 weeks (the Nissan ‘s problem never did get resolved) and they were forced to rent cars or depend on rides. I’m a happy customer.
