I don’t know if it Abilene, but your Big Spring department needs some help. I have never dealt with such incompetent and rude people. I have personally bought 2 cars at Star Dodge, my mom has bought a car from y’all, and my husband was about to start the process of looking and the first place we were going to go was Star Dodge. But after the same stuff keeps coming up, we are really going to have to rethink where we are going to go. I’m tired of being out thousands of dollars because y’all constantly misdiagnose the cars and it never fixes. This happened twice with the Big Spring department. My CERTIFIED PRE OWNED vehicle never should have had these problems 2 months after purchasing it. I feel very scammed.
