I had an appt for a 15 min anti theft upgrade and waited 1hr and 20 mins and had to leave for work. Came back at the end of the day and still waited 45 mins to have it done

Yes sir my car floor mat was left dirty, door post had dirty on it steering wheel had oil on it my interior looks white in car the seat was dirty, we take care of our cars, in fact we take care our stuff, our wheels keys was not put back , we had to come back to pick it up, our floor mat are made out of lambs wood , very expensive ,

Matt is a very good guy but the Hyundai system needs help. On 3 occasions I have called the service department and been transferred to him. I have always had to leave a message and never gets called back. When I have asked him why I wasn’t called back I was told he was too busy to check messages. It’s hard to get an appointment for service when you can’t speak with a person.
