Service Advisor, did not call back as requested. I told the receptionist that I had my tire pressure light on while driving to Maryland and wanted to know if the rotation was truly done. I have had great service there before. When I return my car in the future, I do not want Nichole as my advisor. Also, even though I was next in line for service, she immediately went to the vehicle behind mine. After one of your employees told her I was next, did she make her way toward me.
