I would have been nice to get a call to say my car was ready. I dropped it off at 7 AM and needed it back by 4. I call price after 4 to see if it was finished because no one called me.

After receiving my vehicle my wife and I were talking a road trip and began to smell odors which kept getting stronger as we traveled. We had to pull over and looking under the hood we saw oil had sprayed all over the engine. The oil cap had not been put back on and thankfully we located it laying down below and after replacing it the smell went away in time. Never had this happen to me in all the years of having my car serviced. With what I paid, the distance I traveled and the time waiting I expected better service than this.
